It's hard to believe we're already halfway through 2026. As I look back on the first six months of the year, I'm filled with gratitude.
Every transaction represents far more than a home. It represents the trust my clients place in me during one of life's biggest decisions. Whether you've worked with me directly, referred a friend or family member, attended one of my events, or simply stayed connected over the years, thank you for being part of my community.
One thing this year has reminded me is that there is no "typical" real estate journey. Some clients meet me at an open house and are happily settled into their new home just a few months later. Others I stay in touch with for years before the timing is right.
In fact, one of my favorite transactions this year began with clients I first met at an open house over two and a half years ago. During that time, life changed, priorities evolved, and we stayed connected. When they were finally ready to buy, we found a home that truly fit the next chapter of their lives. Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is built on relationships, not timelines.
Many of this year's clients also came through referrals from past clients, friends, and family. That trust means more to me than I can express, and I'm incredibly thankful to everyone who has continued to send their loved ones my way.
First Half of 2026 Recap
I'm grateful to have helped 10 families in the first half of 2026, either buying a home fit for their next chapter or selling a family home to transition to new beginnings. Together, those 10 families represent more than $17 million in closed sales.

Every transaction has been different, but they all reinforce why I love what I do: helping people make thoughtful, confident decisions through one of life's biggest milestones.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the second half of the year, many of the conversations I'm having are already centered around planning for the fall market. Whether buying or selling is on your radar this year or sometime further down the road, starting the conversation early often creates the best opportunities.
If you've been thinking about making a move, or if someone you know is considering buying or selling, I would be truly grateful for an introduction. Referrals from wonderful clients, friends, and family have always been the foundation of my business, and it's an honor every time someone trusts me enough to recommend my services.
Thank you again for your continued support. I never take it for granted, and I look forward to helping many more wonderful clients during the second half of the year.
